Job summary

UCHealth’s Emergency Department in Broomfield, CO is hiring a Night Shift RN for the ED. This onsite role offers full-time status (72 hours per pay period) with a night shift incentive program.

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced trauma-enabled ED, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain highest standards of safety and quality. Requirements include RN licensure, 6 months RN experience, BLS/ACLS, TNCC/ATCN within 1 year, and trauma certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state board approved program if less than 3 years of experience.
• State RN license.
• 6 months RN experience.
• TNCC/ATCN within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) with valid card.
• ACLS and Trauma Care certifications.
• PALS and Trauma Nursing Core Course.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ED nursing care up to level 1 trauma designation.
• Utilize nursing processes to deliver patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
