Qualifications

• PALS certification.
• Experienced Emergency RNs only; minimum (1) year ER RN experience within the past two years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work within a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results for Emergency Room patients.
• Direct and act as resource to other members of the nursing team as assigned.
• Promote compliance and support of policies; achieve trust in professional collegial relationships.
