Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Adult Emergency Department. This 45 bed unit provides nursing care to patients needing emergency services and is part of a Level 1 Trauma Medical Center with magnet designation.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited nursing program, hold an Illinois RN license, and possess BLS (ACLS; PALS within 3 months). A minimum of 1 year of emergency nursing experience is required.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS; PALS to be obtained within 3 months of start date
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Emergency Nursing
