Job summary

Independence Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 1.0 full-time night shift in the Emergency Department. The RN will provide direct nursing care, utilize the nursing process, and communicate with the health care team to ensure patient goals are met and coordinated.

Exceptional customer service is essential to support patients and families. Required: RN program graduate and BSN, PA RN license, CPR, clearances; ACLS/PALS within a year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire/transfer (preferred).
• Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, and Act 33/73 clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process.
