Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care following nursing standards.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care, education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Develop, implement and document individualized care plans with the care team, patients and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
• Maintain a safety-sensitive approach and stay alert at all times.
