Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are preferred or required within six months.

• Assess patient status and determine priorities in a fast-paced ED environment.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure safe, therapeutic environment and coordinate care across hospital departments.
