Job summary

St Mary’s Health Care System in Greensboro, GA is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse Nights to join our team. This full-time, 12-hour night shift (7p-7a) position provides critical care across Cardiology and Stroke pathways within a Catholic health system.

As part of the care team, you will assess patients, develop and modify care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to deliver evidence-based, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) role within Emergency Department
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
• Provides evidence-based, individualized patient care

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department unit cares for all patients from infants to geriatrics with Cardiology and Stroke focus.
• Assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan.
• RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team with accountability to achieve patient outcomes.
• RN is responsible for care within the nursing process, environment, and team.
• Provides care to patients through therapeutic use of self and established standards.
