Job summary

Trinity Health’s St. Mary’s Health Care System in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, GA, with a 12-hour night shift.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a busy ED setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The RN will assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and work with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Refresher course completed within the past 6 months if no practice in 5 years.
• Prior experience in ER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department is a 9 bed unit that cares for all patients from infants to geriatrics specializing in Cardiology and Stroke care.
• Assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan under limited supervision.
• Collaborate with Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Assume responsibility for care within a designated time frame.
• Provide care using the nursing process and established standards.
