Job summary

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. in Waterloo, IA is seeking a 3RD SHIFT Equipment Operator for the 11 pm–7 am schedule. You will set up, process parts, and inspect for quality, with backup support to technicians using process instructions and prints.

Training is provided to learn this essential, safety-focused role. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and 5+ years of equipment operation and/or a 2-year industrial tech degree; forklift and crane experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years equipment operation experience and/or two year industrial tech degree.
• Ability to operate fork truck and overhead crane.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equipment operating/industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide setup, parts processing, and inspection for processes.
• Backup support to technicians using process instructions and prints.
• Degrease, clean and unload customer parts; perform routine shop duties.
