Shift: 3rd shift, 9pm-5:30am
This is an entry level position
Requires specific knowledge of general heat treat requirements for aluminum, titanium, nickel based alloys, stainless, and alloy steels
Must be familiar with Heat Treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat treating
Must be familiar with the operation, adjustment and routine maintenance of all furnace controllers. Under the direction of an operator will batch loads for optimum productivity. Will be trained and under guidance will set thermal couple, prepare load per optimal heat distribution of load
Unload furnaces
Responsible for heat treat and process furnace accuracy and uniformity surveys
Ability to move parts on and off pallets
Interpret hardness rating utilizing measuring tools and standards
