Job summary

Swagelok is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Tech Level 3 in Solon, OH to independently handle moderately complex problems within Rx processes. You will contribute to cross-functional teams and support maintenance tasks on the Main Plant.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to operate shop tools and read schematics. Training in powered industrial equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical degree is equivalent to 2 years' experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must complete Swagelok internal Powered Industrial Equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and use powered industrial equipment.
• Identify and use the proper hand tools.
• Diagnose mechanical and fluid power issues.
• Read schematics and assembly drawings with limited help.
• Perform maintenance welding and soldering.
• Lead shift start-up meetings.
• Support Reliability Excellence and lean practices.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance.
