Swagelok is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Tech Level 5 at our Solon, OH facility. The role solves complex equipment problems, mentors Rx technicians, and leads cross-functional teams to meet department goals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The position requires a high school diploma, ~6 years of maintenance experience, and completion of Swagelok internal Powered Industrial Equipment training; a technical degree can substitute for experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of applicable maintenance experience.
• Technical degree is equivalent to 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and utilizes proper hand tools.
• Leads shift start up meeting.
• Promotes and supports the Reliability Excellence process.
• Is certified and properly uses all of the Power Industrial Equipment.
• Provides leveling and alignment expertise for equipment moves.
