Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a confidential beverage manufacturer in the West Memphis area, AR. The role leads maintenance technicians, drives equipment reliability, and coordinates daily repairs on a 12-hour night rotation, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of maintenance experience.
• Education beyond high school in a technical field or trade.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical, hydraulics, and production equipment.
• Ability to lead technicians and coordinate priorities across teams.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and set safety expectations.
• Coordinate urgent repairs while keeping planned maintenance on schedule.
• Plan upcoming work around production priorities and technician availability.
• Investigate recurring failures and apply root cause corrective actions.
• Develop technicians through coaching and technical training.
• Track maintenance performance and reduce downtime.
• Support spare parts, storeroom practices, and safe operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams for food safety.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors and manage project costs.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and quality standards.
