Job summary

Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital in Tacoma, WA is hiring a part-time Environmental Services Tech for the night shift (0.75 FTE). You will help maintain a clean and sanitary environment across patient care and administrative areas.

Responsibilities include using proper cleaning techniques, following infection control policies, waste disposal, and updating EPIC for daily progress. Requires Heart Saver certification and healthcare/ hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Must have effective English communication skills.
• Ability to independently use a computer and enter data.
• Heart Saver certification (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning techniques and supplies safely to clean assigned areas and equipment.
• Follow infection control policies to maintain patient care areas.
• Dispose of medical waste per regulatory requirements and segregate correctly.
• Update EPIC to track daily work progress.
• Coordinate with staff to request supplies and schedule maintenance.
• Comply with HIPAA and privacy laws.
