Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln - Environmental Services is seeking a part-time team member to perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, washing, floor care, and waste handling. The schedule requires availability every other weekend and the observed holidays as part of the regular rotation.

Starting pay is $18.85 per hour with benefits eligibility and opportunities within Atrium Health’s collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year experience.
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
• Can operate equipment.
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting and sanitizing furniture, washing windows, floors, and restrooms.
• Heavy contact with cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and floor finishes.
• Removes waste and recyclables, replaces sharps containers, and transports waste.
• Keeps equipment clean and reports any malfunctions to maintenance staff.
• Maintains a safe working environment and complies with infection control guidelines and department standards.
• Attends required in-service trainings and maintains knowledge to meet time schedules.
