Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking Environmental Service Associates to clean and maintain defined areas of the hospital, providing excellent customer service to patients and staff. The role includes handling cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and assisting with safety and cleanliness standards.

Shifts are Night, with As Needed scheduling. No degree is required, and opportunities exist for younger workers with appropriate work permits, within the Environmental Services department.

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma required.
• HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18 and not in high school.
• 16- and 17-year-olds may be considered with valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain patient rooms, public areas, and service areas.
• Move beds or furniture as needed.
• Stock carts and linen distribution.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete required paperwork.
• Provide high levels of customer service to patients and other customers.
