Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years in laboratory, manufacturing, or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour night shift and train on first shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring during GMP manufacturing and aseptic processing.
• Operate environmental monitoring equipment (air samplers, particle counters, etc.).
• Prepare buffers, components, and materials; operate autoclave equipment.
• Maintain, stock, and prepare cleanroom environments for production readiness.
• Complete, review, and update manufacturing documentation and environmental records.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring with Quality Control partners.
• Support routine clinical production activities while adhering to GMP requirements.
