Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Melrose Park, IL is seeking an environmental monitoring technician to support aseptic lines and clean rooms in Building A/B, performing routine sampling and testing per cGMP/GLP.

You will prepare media, manage LIMS entries, maintain gowning certification, and collaborate with scientists to ensure timely release of data, with hourly pay of $26.00-$28.00 and an overnight shift differential of $1.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science related field.
• Associates Degree with 1-3 years of lab experience or progressive pharmaceutical lab experience.
• Some college with 5+ years of lab experience in pharma or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collect and test routine environmental monitoring samples in aseptic areas.
• Monitor environmental conditions during test sessions and document results.
• Maintain gowning certification and aseptic technique.
• Prepare media, reagents, and equipment for testing.
• Enter results into LIMS and ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP.
• Assist in training new departmental personnel.
