Job summary

Orlando Health's Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies is hiring a Floor Tech III to maintain a safe, clean healing environment. You will handle waste, linen, and bio-waste transport, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure infection control and safety compliance across patient areas.

Schedule nights, Monday–Friday 8pm–4:30am, and contribute to a comprehensive benefits program as part of our hospital team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare support services experience.
• 3 years of Floor Tech experience highly preferred.
• CHEST certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries from customers and staff.
• Transports waste and linen, and prepares for transport per standards.
• Maintains clean, safe areas around linen rooms and waste zones.
• Operates EVS cleaning equipment and ensures proper disinfecting.
