Baptist Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time night shift EMT or AEMT to join the EMS Transport team across Lexington/Hamburg/Georgetown. This PRN-as-needed role requires strong assessment, stabilization, and transport skills.

Responsibilities include field assessment, vital-sign monitoring, patient handover to receiving staff, and meticulous PCR documentation, with emphasis on teamwork and safety during heavy patient handling and vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• Assess patients to identify injuries, illnesses, or emergencies.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support during transport.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatment to maintain stability.
• Lift and move patients safely in teams as needed.
• Transport patients using designated EMS vehicles.
• Communicate clear handovers to receiving staff.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and transport.
• Complete PCRs promptly with detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
• Ensure EMS equipment and supplies are stocked and functional.

Responsibilities
