Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a dispatcher in EMS/clinical settings preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Tech-savvy with computer-aided dispatch software (CAD).

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls in CAD system.
• Coordinate the work of EMTs, Paramedics, and Nurses.
• Provide professional, courteous service to facilities, patients, and staff.
• Maintain organization and accurate patient billing information.
• Adapt to shift variations and operate within a 24-hour EMS schedule.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
