Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Fond du Lac Campus Emergency Department. The role is night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with two shifts weekly and an every-fourth-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served; WI or compact.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and adherence to ethical standards.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and may float to other units as needed.
