Advocate Health—Fond du Lac Campus is seeking a part-time registered nurse for night shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.), two shifts per week with every-fourth-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in WI (or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within service area as needed.
