Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY seeks a Staff Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Pediatric Department for full-time night shifts. You will assess patients, coordinate rapid multidisciplinary care, and support families in a high-acuity, Level I trauma setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain), BCLS, ACLS and PALS, and at least 1 year of ED nursing experience. Preferred certifications TNCC, CEN, ENPC, TPEN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure patient and family comfort and safety in high‑acuity situations.
