You will deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, focusing on rapid assessment and treatment of acute illness and trauma.

The role supports three 12-hour night shifts, with night differentials of $5/hour on weekdays and $8/hour on weekends, offering growth opportunities within a renowned academic medical center.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promotes patient- and family-centered care and education about illness or injury and post-treatment care.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities and supports professional development.
• Develops and communicates individualized care plans with the interprofessional team and family.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and respects patient values and preferences.
