Community Health Systems in Kirksville, MO is seeking a Night RN to join our 12-bed Level 3 Trauma Center. You will coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care across shifts, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio based on acuity.

This role emphasizes collaboration with trauma surgeons, education, and community involvement. The successful candidate will have RN licensure, BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred, and a commitment to safety and patient education.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and state licensure.
• 0-2 years clinical nursing experience; acuity-based care.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document assessments and care plans in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans.
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety.
