Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EMT with NH Providers License or LNA NH required; EMT or LNA only.
• Active Basic Life Support certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in chaos.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient care activities under supervision, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Records EKGs and collects specimens, inputting results into the medical record.
• Maintains clean and safe environment; restocks rooms and equipment.
• Assists visitors, volunteers, and patient family/friends; mentors new staff.
• Monitors patients requiring close observation and manages high-stress clerical tasks.
• Manages patient health information and electronic medical records.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
