Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA Corp. seeks an Electromechanical Technician to support the operation, inspection, and maintenance of production equipment and facility systems.

This role works under the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installation and repair of manufacturing systems to keep production stable. The position requires high school diploma, with preferred technical degree.

Qualifications

• Must have basic troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment per schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and restore normal operation.
• Support root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and changeovers.
• Coordinate with external contractors on maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance activities and materials used.
