Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production in a high-volume manufacturing environment near Peachtree City, GA. The role runs Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM, requiring hands-on fault finding and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The ideal candidate will have PLC knowledge, the ability to read electrical schematics, and a strong focus on safety and downtime reduction in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
• Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements
• Follow all safety policies and Lockout/Tagout procedures
