The role requires 3–5 years hands-on experience, a technical diploma or related certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, and the ability to read schematics

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
• Technical diploma/associate degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, conveyors, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on complex systems.
• Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
• Follow lockout/tagout and plant safety policies to ensure safe operating conditions.
