Job Description

Pay: $33-$40/hr base depending on experience

Shift Differential: Saturday & Sunday: $17/hr; Monday & Tuesday: $2/hr

Shift: Saturday - Tuesday 5pm-5am

Location: Douglassville, PA

Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical)

Techo-Bloc is seeking an electro-mechanical technician proficient in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, etc.
• Repair/troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components
• Perform advanced welding and fabrication
• Operate shop tools and install new equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and testing tools
• Set up and troubleshoot VFD drives and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in electromechanics or industrial maintenance
• Proficiency with power tools, measuring devices, welding, and electrical troubleshooting
• Experience with VFDs, PLCs, and electrical schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 80 pounds occasionally

Education and Experience:

• Electrical certificates or equivalent experience preferred
