Job summary

The role involves lifting, standing, and working near heat and chemicals in a fast-paced plant environment. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, experience with electrical systems and high-speed packaging, and the ability to document all work clearly.

Qualifications

• Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment per specs.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and completes repairs to restore operation.
• Maintains documentation of work, schedules, and tasks.
• Preferred experience with PLC/SERVO and high-speed packaging lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production/manufacturing equipment per specifications
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or adjustments to restore operation
• Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshoot mechanical systems (e.g., motors, seals, bearings, chains, sprockets)
• Complete required documentation of work performed, schedules, and tasks using provided tools
• Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades; coordinate with outside contractors on assigned lines as needed
