Qualifications
- High School Diploma and relevant technical background required.
- Trade School background preferred for hands-on roles in industrial electronics.
- Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls is desirable and beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
- Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform effective first-time repairs.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and projects.
