Qualifications

• High School Diploma and relevant technical background required.
• Trade School background preferred for hands-on roles in industrial electronics.
• Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
• Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform effective first-time repairs.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and projects.
