Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Technician for the night shift in Tennessee. You will inspect, repair, and maintain production equipment, set up machinery for runs, and supervise maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Mechanical Technician in an industrial manufacturing facility.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety mindset, including NFPA 70E/OSHA awareness.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, transformers, motors, and controls.
• Knowledge of reading electrical diagrams and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Assigns work orders for maintenance and service; ensures timely completion.
• Adheres toSafety rules around hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspections to keep machinery in good condition.
• Leads and trains staff, conducts safety meetings, and evaluates performance.
