Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the fully automated bakery operates safely and meets production needs. You will mentor junior mechanics and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electromechanical equipment.

The role requires reading schematics, using SAP for daily documentation, and working in a fast-paced plant with exposure to flour dust and variable temperatures. Shift is 10PM–6:30AM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school cert or associate degree often required.
• Eight or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to read machine prints/schematics mechanical and electrical; read instruments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fully automated bakery production plant safely and reliably.
• Diagnose PLC and machine control issues and troubleshoot components.
• Respond to line calls and complete corrective and preventive work orders.
• Manage multiple jobs and coordinate parts using inventory systems.
• Work in various environments including temperature extremes and dusty areas.
• Communicate clearly with team members and departments.
