Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical/IT inspection experience for building construction.
• Current ICC Certification as Commercial Electrical Inspector.
• Proof of NFPA 70E training within the last 3 years.
• Proof of Cal-OSHA 30-hour training within the last 4 years.
• Fall protection and harness training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of electrical and IT systems on building/terminal projects.
• Review construction documents including blueprints, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Prepare comprehensive daily inspection reports documenting who, what, when, where and how.
