Job summary

Premier ProduceOne in Columbus, OH is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator for the night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 7pm-3:30am). The role focuses on receiving, unloading, and processing shipments, picking and packing orders, and safely operating forklifts and scanners.

You'll maintain accurate inventory records, keep areas clean and compliant with safety standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet nightly productivity goals. High school diploma preferred; willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
