lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Ohio.

The role involves operating electric forklifts and order pickers to move merchandise, with overall responsibility for efficient picking, packing, and inventory movement during night shifts Sunday–Wednesday 5:00pm–3:30am and Wednesday–Saturday 5:00pm–3:30am. Qualifications

• 6+ months of Order Picker experience, forklift experience a plus.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain forklift certification.
• Comfort working at heights and using fall protection equipment.
• Capable of adapting to RF scanners, voice picking and new systems.
• Strong counting skills and attention to detail.
• Must meet attendance requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Flexible with schedule including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric Powered Industrial Truck (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Rider Jack, Sit Down Fork Lift) to pick up, deliver or move merchandise around a warehouse/distribution center.
• Operate machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products and materials, and prepare pallets.
• Support all DC areas (receiving, returns, damage, packing, transfers, shipping) as needed.
• May be reassigned to different departments based on business needs.
• Perform non-driving tasks within the warehouse as required by leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with policies.
