Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly EHS inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Use checklists and digital tools to document findings and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Assist in internal audits to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist in investigating workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses by gathering evidence and statements.
• Support root cause analysis and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely reporting of all incidents, accidents, and near-miss events.
• Utilize Dakota Software for incident reporting and data entry to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
• Assist supervisors with Dakota Software usage for incident management and reporting.
• Participate in injury and illness incidents by ensuring workers’ compensation documents are completed by the injured associate.
• Ensure the injured or ill associate is safely transported or escorted to a medical facility.
