This role focuses on executing the environmental, safety, and health program on-site, coordinating with the Night Shift Construction Manager and ESH Operations Manager to ensure compliance and safe operations.

The position requires extensive safety expertise, regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership of ESH teams across disciplines, with strong communication and field inspection

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational safety, health, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 7+ years of experience in safety/ESH on construction projects.
• Associate degree with 10+ years of safety/ESH experience.
• 14+ years of safety/health experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift safety and health activities for construction operations.
• Supervise ESH personnel and mentor the team on-site.
• Interpret regulatory and Bechtel requirements to guide ESH activities.
• Conduct safety studies, risk assessments, and prepare technical reports.
• Implement and oversee the Safety and Health Management Plan on night shifts.
