Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Labeler Associate 1 for the night shift at our Mineral Wells, WV facility. You will operate OMG/LEO machines, monitor quality, perform changeovers, and maintain production data throughout the shift.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Training and career development are available, with weekly pay and a $1 shift differential for night hours.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• +1 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate OMG/LEO machines throughout the shift.
• Use measurement instruments to check work and report adjustments.
• Load and unload materials, assist in changeover and inspect parts.
• Ensure quality and accurate data entry into production systems.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete required paperwork.
