Job summary

Novolex seeks a Labeler Associate on the night shift in Mineral Wells, WV. You will monitor OMG/LEO labeler machines, load materials, and help maintain production quality on a 6:00 pm–6:00 am, 2x2x3 schedule.

Starting pay is $17.39 per hour, paid weekly, with a $1 shift differential and eligible for annual or skill-based wage increases. High school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• +1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and support other departments to meet production goals.

• Operate labeler equipment and monitor production quality.
• Read and interpret machine readouts and adjust as needed.

Labeler Associate 1| HIRING IMMEDIATELY- NIGHT SHIFT |Mineral Wells, WV

Compensation

• Starting pay rate from $17.39/hour-Paid Weekly! PLUS $1 SHIFT DIFFERENITAL


• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increase

• 6:00 pm-6:00am

Summary

This position is responsible for OMG/LEO machines throughout the shift.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to use measurement instruments to check work.


• Makes adjustments and notifies Tooling personnel of the need for more complex machine adjustments.


• Removes parts from the press and or labeler.


• Loads and removes materials from the line can assist in changeover and inspects parts.


• When necessary, will perform the same duties as other production employees and packers.


• Packs plastic containers and eggs of various sizes into sleeves/boxes or proper pallet configuration.


• Grinding scrap material out of sleeves.


• Ability to accurately read and operate machine’s computer console.


• Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process.


• Set up and install equipment as needed.


• Housekeeping daily.


• Completes all required paperwork and accurately enters production data into Insight.


• Responsible for hourly retain rack checks.


• Responsible for watching the quality of the product.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.


• + 1 years of experience in manufacturing preferred


• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.
