Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse leader for night shift. The incumbent will oversee staffing, patient flow, and quality of care, under the direction of the ED Clinical Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities include prioritizing operations, coordinating department functions, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong clinical leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a focus on throughput and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; ED experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
