American Traveler is seeking an ED Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position in Ohio, requiring 2+ years of experience and an active RRT license. The role involves night shifts, potential weekend work, and travel to multiple facilities within the network.

Active NBRC certification, BLS and ACLS are required; NIHSS/TNCC are preferred. Must pass drug screening and vaccination requirements, with background check clearance and no license issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT.
• Ohio RRT license required if applicable.
• Active NBRC certification required at time of consideration.
• Active BLS, ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• No pending licenses or certifications accepted.

Responsabilités

• Emergency Department RRT position.
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
• Weekend work as needed.
• May float to other CCF facilities including Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.
• Smoke-free and nicotine-free facility with no exceptions.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, medical/religious exemptions only.
• Background check findings reviewed by facility; no license hits accepted.
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday.
• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate.
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
• Assignments may be extended up to 18 consecutive months, followed by a required 6-month break.
• First-time travelers not considered for this position.
