Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma RN license in good standing; primary residency per state rules.
• BLS and NIHSS required; ACLS, PALS and CPI training required or within timelines.
• ENPC and TNCC required; travel or relocation not specified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize ED personnel and resources for patient care.
• Lead meetings, supervise schedules, approve time and leave.
• Oversee training/orientation and ensure competency within timeframes.
• Monitor quality measures, safety, and department standards.
• Collaborate with Director and leadership on budget and operations.
