Job summary

The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform the nursing process, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding safety and patient confidentiality. Licensure and certifications are required or promptly obtainable.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state licensure.
• Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (CCNE/ACEN/CNEA).
• BLS and NIHSS required; ACLS, PALS, CPI training to be obtained within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Restores and promotes patient health through nursing process: assessment, analysis, goals, interventions and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Identifies patient care needs and provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Documents patient care timely and accurately; maintains confidentiality.
• Administers medications and treatments per state law and safety protocols.
