Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced ED RN for our Off Campus Emergency Department (OCED) in Washington. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent within five years of hire, RN license in WA or MLS, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. If you have 2+ years in ER, you are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Two (2) years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
