Banner Health in Sterling, Colorado, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This position welcomes both experienced ED nurses and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.

As an ED RN you will triage, admit, educate on discharge planning, coordinate transfers, and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required. Additional certifications may be required by area of practice.
• Experience in ED or acute care nursing preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship.

• Triage incoming patients, assess acuity and prioritize care.
• Admissions: collect history, assess and document.
• Coordinate safe discharges with education and follow-up planning.
• Manage patient transfers to appropriate care settings.
