UCHealth is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for the Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO. This on-site, nights-only role offers a 72-hour per pay period schedule and pay between $35.29 and $54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

Night shift participants receive a quarterly incentive of $1,600, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth. Requires RN licensure and current BLS; ACLS/NIHSS/PALS credentials preferred or in progress.

Qualificações

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS preferred at time of hire or within 6 months.
• NIHSS within 6 months; ENPC or PALS within 6 months; TNCC or ATCN within 1 year; NIHSS renewed annually.
• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred at hire or within 6 months.
• PALS Certification required or within 6 months.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or PALS as applicable.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) or ATCN within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Direct care in Emergency Department up to level 1 trauma designation.
• Provide evidence-based care using the nursing process.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Participate in fast-paced, innovative clinical environment and support continuous learning.
