Job summary

Nutex Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced ED Registered Nurse for the West Little Rock Emergency Hospital night shift. You will perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency treatments in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with physicians to implement care plans.

Required: two years ER experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and CPR/ACLS/PALS or ENPC/TNCC (preferred). English fluency and effective teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency room experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Current BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct head-to-toe assessments and psychosocial evaluations to determine severity.
• Triage: Assign triage categories for timely care based on urgency.
• Emergency Care: Provide care to patients of all ages following protocols.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications following the five rights.
• Supervision: Oversee Emergency Room Technicians and other staff.
• Patient Advocacy: Communicate with patients and families about procedures and plans.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians to develop care plans.
• Infection Control: Maintain sanitary environment.
• Continuous Education: Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
